Amanda is originally from Clearwater, Florida, and has always had a passion for helping people move better and live healthier lives. She earned her undergraduate degree in kinesiology with a minor in psychology from the University of Alabama at Huntsville, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding both the physical and mental aspects of human movement. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
Amanda is dry needling certified and brings knowledge to our practice from working in orthopedic outpatient settings, where she has helped patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to the activities they love. Her approach to care is patient-centered, focusing on individualized treatment plans that combine evidence-based techniques with compassion and encouragement.
Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle. She loves hiking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, their daughter, and their dog. Whether exploring new trails or relaxing with a good book, Amanda values balance and believes that movement is key to living a full and healthy life.
