Our Locations

Establish in October 2008, our first clinic laid the foundation for a commitment to exceptional care. In 2023, we expanded to meet the growing needs of our community. Today our largest location proudly serves patients from the heart of Oak Ridge, conveniently located in the Oak Ridge Commons shopping center.

Originally operating as Deep River Rehab, our Eden location was acquired by Andy Michels in the fall of 2019. Conveniently located next to Emerge Ortho in Eden, the clinic was rebranded as Oak Ridge Physical Therapy in the fall of 2020, continuing our commitment to personalized, high quality care. 

Open in late summer 2020, our Summerfield clinic is dedicated to serving the local community and northern Greensboro. Conveniently located in the heart of Summerfield, this location offers easy access and personalized care for patients across the region. 

Opened in February 2024, our Greensboro clinic marks our first partnership with Eagle Physician Group. Located near Guilford College, this location offers easy access to several Eagle offices, making it a seamless option for coordinated care and comprehensive physical therapy services.
